We are looking for someone to provide in-depth support and lead diagnostic and problem solving efforts for specific technology products or applications in use at Red Wing Shoe Company. The position is a combination of customer service, problem solving and programming.
Available Telecommute: 1 day a week
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and six months to one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES OR KNOWLEDGE:
SQL; VB.Net; C# and any other development tool supported at Red Wing Shoe Company. Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS); SQL Server Management Studio;
